For you, close to someone with ADHD

This one is about you, your relationships and your own capacity.

Everything you write stays on your device.
The app does not send anything on.

A place for you and your capacity

Most advice is about the person with ADHD. This is about you.

You are not a spare part in someone else's plan

The app helps you understand ADHD in everyday life, and helps you protect your own mental capacity and wellbeing.

Everything stays on your device

What you write is about your own situation and stays on your phone. You decide what you note down, and you can delete all of it whenever you want.

This is not treatment

DopaGuide Partner is a wellness and self-help app. It gives no diagnosis and does not replace therapy or couples counselling.

How you get started

It is not a test. There are no right or wrong answers, only questions about your everyday life.

Five short questions

Who is close to you, what takes up the most room right now, and how much you have to give. One question per screen.

You get what fits your situation

Your answers point to the tools that match your everyday life. You are not put in a box.

You set the pace

You choose what to start with. You can pause and stop whenever you want.

Tools you can use today

Concrete handles for the situations that keep coming back.

Message builder

Say the hard thing so it can be heard.

Boundary template

If X happens, I do Y, for my own sake.

Who owns what

One owner per task: that is where it starts to work.

Worry window

Give the worry a fixed slot: the rest of the day is yours.

After an outburst

For you, once the storm has passed, also when the apology never comes.

Land first

60 seconds of guided breathing.

15 tools in total, plus guided mini-courses at your own pace.

DopaGuide Partner is built by one family father with ADHD, not by an agency and not by a clinic. The understanding comes from living with it, combined with research into how ADHD brains work. This is not treatment. These are tools for you, the one standing alongside.
